Turning Premium Organic Nursery Plants into Humanitarian Relief

$15,000  in 2010 went to help support the Victims in Haiti

 

The idea is simple.  Sell nursery plants and ear-mark 100% of the proceeds for Disaster Relief.  Rather than being the extravagant consumers that we've evolved to become over the years, at least we can provide some balance to the equation by becoming producers as well.

To help defray costs of booths, packaging, supplies, scales, equipment, etc. and to help ensure that we're able to maintain our 100% Farmer's market proceeds to charity guarantee, we have a tomato plant sale each spring (sign up on the left).  But we could always use more help so if you'd care to assist us, please donate.
